When you submit our contact form or complete a consultation in our website chat adviser, we collect the details you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, phone number (if given), preferred contact method and the information about your studies that helps us advise you.
We also collect anonymous website usage statistics through Google Analytics, such as pages viewed and approximate location. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, provide guidance on courses, universities, UCAS applications and Student Finance, and to keep in touch about your application where you have asked us to.

Enquiries are received by email and stored in our secure business systems. We keep your information for as long as needed to support your application, and then remove it when it is no longer required.
